Birla Evara Maintenance Charge is Rs. 65 per sq. ft. The builder collects an advance maintenance fee from all buyers for 1 year. Once the property is possessed, the homeowners’ association will determine the monthly maintenance fees, which will range from Rs. 5 per sq. ft. This amount is to ensure the entire area remains in clean condition and operates without any hassle.
Maintenance charges are the amount that is charged for the smooth operations of common property areas. The amount will differ for each project based on the size and its modern features.
The builder will provide a clear report of the maintenance charges to the buyers when they buy flats in the project. It will give an idea to everyone of how much charges they have to pay monthly. buyers. It will become valid after the buyers take possession in January 2032.
The maintenance charges include
